Analysis of cultural integration and disintegration processes in CIS countries: analysis of communication practices (2025-2027)
The aim of the study is to develop a methodology for determining the nature and degree of cultural integration in CIS countries based on an analysis of communication practices.
The diagnostic criteria take into account both linguistic phenomena (e.g., borrowings and their activity in contemporary discourse) and cognitive phenomena (cultural models as culturally specific structures of knowledge objectified in language and speech), as well as multimodal discursive phenomena (the use of speech and gestures in oral communication).
The research is based on material from the Russian, Kyrgyz and Kazakh languages, with the subsequent inclusion of the Tajik, Uzbek and Armenian languages. By studying and comparing the listed phenomena in several languages, areas and vectors of convergence/divergence between the corresponding cultures are identified.
