International school of neurolinguistics “From idea to publication” took place on the 26-28th of September 2023. The school was organized by the Centre SCoDis at the MSLU together with the Centre for Cognition and Decision Making at the HSE University and the Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Centre (HSE).
Students and postgraduates with linguistic disciplines got acquainted with methods and key studies in the field of neurolinguistics. Students at the school listened to lectures of leading scientists of international level (A.A.Kibrik, Institute of Linguistics, MSU), (Solovyev V.D., Kazan Federal University), (Shtirov Yu.Yu., HSE, SPBU, Aarhus Universitet), (Sherbakova O.V., SPBU), and also participated in master classes in selection of methods and methodology for studies, drafting of hypotheses, search of references, constructing experiments in PsychoPy programme, describing methodology in a scientific article.
Neurolinguistic school gave young scientists an opportunity to better understand in what direction and how to make first steps in neurolinguistics.
